Use of the App

The App provides access management services for residential estates and events, including:

• Generating and verifying access codes
• Managing guest invitations
• Recording entry and exit activity

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access codes.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Access Codes

• Access codes are time-bound and user-specific.
• Sharing your access code with unauthorized persons is prohibited.
• The App is not responsible for misuse of shared codes.

Approval & Access

• Registration may require approval by estate or event administrators.
• Access may be suspended or revoked if necessary for security or policy reasons.

Advertisements

• The App may display advertisements ("Ads") within certain sections.
• Ads may be general or tailored based on your usage of the App.
• We do not endorse or guarantee any advertised products or services.
• Any interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.

Availability

• The App may not be available at all times due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Offline processes (e.g., manual entry by security) may be used where necessary.

Limitation of Liability

The App serves as a facilitation tool for access control. We are not responsible for:

• Denied or delayed access due to technical or human factors.
• Actions taken by estate security personnel.
• Loss arising from misuse of the App.
• Any issues arising from third-party advertisements.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
